FIRST, EL PASO SUNRISE……NOW, EL PASO SUNSET DELAYED……

I just wanted to let all my family, friends and readers know that my continuation novel, El Paso Sunset, that had been previously accepted for publication and worldwide release, publication and launch this coming fall, 2020, has unfortunately been delayed due to the pandemic and will now be launched in the Spring of 2021, on April 13th , 2021!!

I’m insisting that the launch of El Paso Sunset, the continuation novel, also be published and launched worldwide in El Paso just like El Paso Sunrise was last year on September 24, 2020, and my publisher, Morgan James Publishing is all in!! As I’ve said to you all before, and after all, what better place to launch these two novels than the city and people that I love – El Paso, Texas!

The story happens in El Paso, celebrates El Paso and was written in El Paso, while I was practicing law there from 1987 to 2002. I’m an “Okie” and although my heart remains home in Oklahoma, I do love El Paso and the people in the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez Border area also and again believe that the continuation novel, El Paso Sunset, should be launched in the Spring of 2021 in El Paso as well!! I hope that these two novels together will be for El Paso, the City, just like Marty Robbins’ song “El Paso” was in the late 1950’s!!

Also, as you all know, while actively practicing law in El Paso, I was an Associate Municipal Judge for the City of El Paso and Special Prosecutor in: The State of Texas v. Maury Kemp, et al., insurance fraud case that was then the single largest insurance fraud case in Texas to that time!

As all my readers already now well know, El Paso Sunrise, a Novel, released worldwide last year in El Paso, achieved phenomenal sales success, was featured in El Paso, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Edmond and Norman Barnes & Noble and independent bookstores, became an Oklahoma, Texas and four-state regional
Barnes & Noble BESTSELLER and continues to sell extremely well into this new year worldwide!! Please go to my website at: www.LouisBodnar.com subscribe for updates, my blog and news regarding all my books and works. Also see me on Facebook at: Louis Bodnar, Author/Novelist/Retired Attorney.

Since the publishing industry – my publisher, Morgan James Publishing/Ingram Publishing Services, included – and the President, Donald Trump, joined by much of America, firmly believe that the present “hysterical” fake news media generated chaos and criminal violence will likely be completely over by the end of August, all returning to normal, my publisher and I are presently organizing a weekend “Celebrate El Paso” book signing/sale event and tour in El Paso later this summer or early this fall!!

In view of the tremendous success of El Paso Sunrise, a Novel by Louis Bodnar, especially my book becoming a four-state regional BESTSELLER and continuing to sell extremely well this year worldwide, the El Paso Barnes & Noble Bookstores have all expressed an interest in having such a “Celebrate El Paso” major weekend signing/sale event!! Details and publicity will be forthcoming in early August!
Also as all my readers now well know, the chronicle of Steven Vandorol, the main character, started in El Paso Sunrise, a Novel, where, as a lawyer in El Paso, the second largest city on the Texas – Federal Republic of Mexico border, he’s being hunted by a team of terrorist assassins and shadowy sinister forces determined to kill Steven, who was just appointed as special prosecutor in a
massive and most pervasive government border conspiracy and corruption case with national implications before the fall presidential elections.

In El Paso Sunrise, Steven’s short-lived peace and serenity he finally earned for himself in El Paso, was suddenly, and most violently, shattered, when he found himself with a bright red bulls-eye target on his back – a contract assassination, for what on the surface was believed to be for political reasons, and was apparently ordered from deep within the corrupt and transformational Washington, D.C. White House – but was really the forerunner of a Second American Civil War and direct invasion and attack on the continental United States by Chinese and Russian communist and radical Muslim terrorist forces on American’s vulnerable southern underbelly.

Then, the Steven Vandorol saga continues in the much anticipated El Paso Sunset, a Novel, to be now published worldwide in the Spring, 2021, where stunning Vanessa Carson, Steven’s attorney friend and confidant amid the evil and total corruption of Washington, D.C. brings her sunshine smile back into his life in El Paso. Then, together as one, they face their worst nightmares of rape, kidnapping and murder during the ultimate crises of a Second American Civil war

started by dark, sinister, shadowy and powerful forces, and only Steven and Vanessa stand in their way.
While El Paso Sunrise and the continuation, El Paso Sunset, are together a graphic story of abject evil in this world, they are also a timeless love story and about goodness, faith, grace and friendships blossoming during a national emergency – a clarion call to the world to remember what truly matters, asking the question: Can Steven force his own country and government to face their own demons before it is too late?

As all my readers now also well know, El Paso Sunrise and El Paso Sunset are together not only an explosive and intense psychological and most timely political thriller…

But it’s more than just that!  It’s also a totally entertaining roller coaster ride of thrilling suspense and fast paced action…and a story of desperate personal survival that ultimately becomes a grand and timeless story of personal transformation, passion, great love, friendship, and true intimacy!
